The Prime Food Laboratory specializes mainly in complex meat research and meat processing. We also carry out a research of other nutritive products and pasture. The Laboratory carries out the environmental samples as well. In the organizational structure of the laboratory perform two studios • Chemical Analysis • Studio of Microbiology Both of the studios are furnished with modern investigative equipment, which guarantees precise results of analyses. One of them is a Foodscan analyzer based on checked technology of transmission similar to infra-red radiation (Near Infrared Transmittance), which measures the whole gamut of determinants of meat qualities and meat products such as: fat, proteins, water and collagen. The studio of microbiology monitors the microbiology clearness of raw materials, products , semi-finished products, products and the productive environment as well. The analyzer “Mini Vidas” is used to find pathogens. It is an automatic and immunological system using ELFA Reaction with the final lecture of fluorescence. Last but not least, the studio carries out a quantitative research and a quality research using microbiology methods in accordance with the requirements of national and foreign standards.
